TMS Database Frequently Asked Questions

What is my username?
Your username is a unique identifier that you use to access the SSR TMS Database.

Can I change my username?
No, your username is permanent unless you have a legal name change through the Georgia Real Estate Commission.  Please see below “How are new usernames assigned?”.

How are new usernames being assigned?
New members of the SSR family have their username automatically generated using a simple, rule-based naming convention.

Example: A new agent named David Edward Cook is assigned the username CookDavidEdward.

What is my password?
Your password is automatically generated through the TMS Database system.  This password can not be retrieved or provided to you by any SSR employee.  Should you forget your password there are instructions on the SSR TMS Database login page to assist you in resetting your password.  You must have your username and then your password will be emailed to you according to the TMS Database.  This will be your solidsourcerealty.com email address.

Can I change my password?
Yes, your password can be changed by you from the TMS Database login screen at your convenience.  Follow the step by step instructions.

I can’t get to my SSR email address to retrieve my password, what now?
You may call the home office and we will “reset” your password to your doorcode.  However, for security reasons we WILL NOT give you your doorcode over the telephone.

If I leave SSR and return will I receive a new username?
No, your username is issued according to your GA Real Estate License. Your username will only change if the name on your GA Real Estate License changes.  No one else will be assigned your username even after you leave SSR, however if you leave SSR you will not have access to the TMS Database.  You will experience this if your GA real estate license lapses or is suspended as well.

May I let others use my username and passwords?
No, by using the SSR TMS Database you agree NOT to allow anyone access to any of the network accounts using your username and password. Anyone found sharing their username and password will risk losing his or her computer privileges as well as liability from a financial stance.

How do I get to my user and license information?
Your personal information including your telephone numbers and address are under the heading “User”.  Please keep this information current and up to date.  Because the database and the other systems (accounting, telephone, etc.) are separate please allow 5 business days for all changes.

How and when do I see my contracts?
You access your files through the Transaction History on the left hand side of the main menu.  Your contracts and supporting documents are uploaded into the database from the faxes you submit.  When at all possible please use the listed fax numbers to fax to, this will allow the appropriate department to upload your file within 2 business days, sending a fax to the general fax or the wrong fax number will delay your file.

Why does the system keep asking me for my username and password? Am I doing this right?
The system is going to prompt you to enter your username and password each time you log in, each time you select a “Click here” within an email and each time you access or download a form from the Home Page.  It will prompt you multiple times as you may be reviewing a file and reading an email from us and downloading a file, multi-tasking is awesome!  As the information stored is confidential you will need to re-enter your credentials to access the system when it prompts you, this is a security measure.
